- CHAPTER 8: Grievance redressal mechanism in banks and integrated ombudsman scheme
- Chapter 9: Overview of the financial market
- Chapter 10: Financial inclusion
- Chapter 11: Financial education and financial counselling
- Chapter 12: Government schemes for promoting financial inclusion
- Chapter 13: Risk and fraud management
